Go For A Walk

Your walk doesn’t have to be long - just 15 or 20 min can drastically help your productivity and it’s great for your mental and physical health too.
It can be walking around your neighborhood (what I do at least once a day for 22 min) or even walking around your apartment building depending on your situation.
This allows you to come back to what you’re working on refreshed, energized, and with more clarity.
I know at times it may feel like you couldn’t possibly break away from your work for even 15 min for a silly walk. I’ve felt that way at times. But yes you can!
Get outside, breathe in fresh air, and take a quick walk today. It’ll change things.
